  • Implant Dentistry

Of all the ways modern dentistry has to replace missing teeth, dental implants are by far the best. There is no tooth-replacement option that will give you a longer-lasting result. Implants also help preserve tooth-supporting bone that naturally deteriorates when a tooth is lost. Loss of bone is one of the major hidden consequences of losing teeth. Dental Implants can be used to replace some or all missing teeth and can also help to stabilize loose dentures.

  • Teeth Whitening

We offer many options for cosmetic teeth whitening.

  • Smile Makeover

A smile makeover goes beyond simply responding to dental problems as they arise. It's a comprehensive smile-rejuvenation plan that's uniquely suited to your own facial features and aesthetic preferences. The results can be quite dramatic — both in terms of how you will look and how you will feel.

  • Emergency Dental Care

When you have a dental emergency — whether it's caused by a sudden accident or chronic disease — your teeth and/or the tissues of the mouth that surround them need to receive proper care right away. As with any type of medical emergency, it's important to be aware, before you're actually in the situation, of what you can do to ensure the best outcome.

  • Pediatric Dentistry

Your child won't keep his or her first teeth forever, but that doesn't mean those tiny pearly whites don't need conscientious care. Maintaining your child's dental health now will provide health benefits well into adulthood, as primary (baby) teeth serve some extremely important functions.

  • Endodontics (Root Canal)

One of the most common endodontic treatments is root canal therapy, a procedure which effectively eases the pain associated with a bacterial infection deep within the pulp of the tooth. Of course, root canal treatment doesn't just relieve pain — it also stops the infection by removing dead and dying tissue from the tooth's pulp. Plus, it helps to save the tooth, which is in danger of being lost if left untreated.

  • Oral Surgery

Oral surgery is often performed in a dental office setting, under local anesthesia, with minimal recovery time. Oral Surgery can range from routine procedures such as tooth extractions and implant placement to more complex jaw realignment surgeries and emergency care for facial trauma.

  • Oral Hygiene, Periodontal Treatment, Recare

It is not a given that we must lose teeth as we age. If we maintain good oral hygiene and have regular professional cleanings and oral examinations, chances are we can keep our natural teeth for life. That involves not only caring for the teeth themselves, but also the structures that surround them: the gums and tooth-supporting bone. Gum disease, which is a bacterial infection, threatens these supporting tissues. That is why dental professionals are always on the lookout for early signs that patients may not notice.

  • Dentures, Partial Dentures and Implant Supported Dentures

Dentures are used to replace missing teeth and to restore proper function with eating and speaking. Advanced Dental Concepts offers comprehensive denture services from fabrication, repairs, and relines. Not only can we fabricate new dentures, but through the use of implants and mini implants, we can provide the comfort, stability and security of dentures that don't move, shift, or dislodge.

  • Laser Dentistry

Precision dental laser procedures can reduce symptoms and healing times associated with traditional therapies as well as reduce the amount of bacteria and infection associated with some dental procedures.

  • Restorative Dentistry

Only the highest quality and most cosmetic materials are used at Advanced Dental Concepts to restore your teeth. Restorative dentistry involves the repair or replacement of chipped, broken or diseased teeth.

  • Oral Cancer Screening

Every hour of every day in America someone dies of Oral Cancer. Oral Cancer is the sixth most common diagnosed form of cancer in the United States. Presently 30,000 patients are diagnosed annually with oral cancer. The 5-year survival rate is only 50%, accounting for 8,000 deaths each year. Oral Cancer risk factors include tobacco use, frequent and/or excessive alcohol consumption, a compromised immune system, past history of cancer, and the presence of the HPV virus. Recently however 25% of all newly diagnosed cases have been in patients under the age of forty with none of the known risk factors. Oral Cancer is one of the few cancers whose survival rate has not improved in the past 50 years. This is due primarily to the fact that during this time we have not changed the way we screen for this disease. Advanced Dental Concepts utilizes the latest Oral Cancer Screening technology in VELscope VX. This examination is recommended for all patients 18 years of age and older at least once every 12 months. Early detection is the most important survival factor.

  • Preventative Dental Care

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...regular hygiene recare visits, fluoride, sealants and regular oral examinations all help to save you pain and money by creating and maintaining a beautiful and healthy smile.

  • TMJ Discomfort, Headaches

If you experience ongoing pain in the area near your ear, your jaw or the muscles on the side of your face, possibly accompanied by a clicking or popping sound or restricted jaw movement, you may be suffering from TMD — an abbreviation for Temporomandibular disorders. Sometimes people incorrectly use the term TMJ to refer to these problems, when in fact TMJ is the abbreviation for the temporomandibular joint — or jaw joint — itself. If you are experiencing TMD, Advanced Dental Concepts can help.

  • Sleep Apnea and Anti-snoring Appliance(s)

Snoring or sleep apnea can sometimes be treated with an oral appliance available at the dental office that's designed to hold the lower jaw forward during sleep. This repositioning of the jaw moves the tongue away from the back of the throat, reducing the potential for obstruction. This treatment is backed by a great deal of scientific evidence; it's a good remedy to try before moving on to more complicated breathing devices or surgery to remove excess tissues in the throat.

  • Athletic Mouth Guards

A high-quality, custom-made mouthguard should be part of every athlete's equipment. What's a mouthguard? It's a small protective device that fits over your teeth and absorbs the force of an impact, helping to protect the mouth from damage.
